SUMMARY:2024 Autism Society of Iowa Information and Resource Fair
DESCRIPTION:Registration for the resource fair is now closed. \nThe Autism Society of Iowa is offering registration to participate in our Information and Resource Fair\, which will be held during our annual educational conference at the Sheraton Hotel in West Des Moines on Friday\, November 1\, 2024\, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.\, and the resource fair will be held from 10:00 a.m.– 2:30 p.m.  A form will be given to conference attendees as an incentive to visit resource tables during conference breaks and lunch. \nRegistration cost is $150.00 per table for non-profit entities and $250.00 for for-profit entities\, which includes two buffet lunches and two registrations to the conference. There are a limited number of tables for the Information and Resource Fair so please respond by October 1\, 2024. \nWhat you receive with each table: \n\nOne (1) 8-foot table with two chairs.\nAccess to over 100 people in attendance for our conference.\nLunch provided at your table.\n\nWhat your organization will need to provide: \n\nAppropriate signage for your table\nAppropriate staffing\n\nSchedule for Information and Resource Fair: \n\nYou may set up your table anytime from 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.\nThe Information and Resource Fair will be held from 10:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.\nResource Fair Staff are welcome to participate in conference sessions.
