REM Iowa Community Services, a part of Sevita, provides person-centered support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other complex needs. Serving individuals across Iowa including Des Moines, Council Bluffs, Sioux City, and surrounding communities, our goal is to empower each person to live as independently as possible while building meaningful connections. We offer a wide range of tailored supports based on unique goals and preferences, including HCBS residential services, Supported Community Living, Home-Based Habilitation, Intermediate Care Facilities, Host Home/Mentor programs, and other community-based options.
