Join us at the Iowa Disability Film Festival and their presentation of “The Stimming Pool”. Co-created by the Neurocultures Collective (Sam Chown-Ahern, Georgia Bradburn, Benjamin Brown, Robin Elliott-Knowles, Lucy Walker) and artist-filmmaker Steven Eastwood, The Stimming Pool is an experimental and sometimes magical hybrid film whose drifting form is built around the concept of an autistic camera.
From 4pm – 6pm on Thursday, the public is invited to attend the Disability Community Social at fix! coffee. The social aims to encourage conversation and create a gathering space for members of the disability community.
