Monica is a Regional Lead BCBA with Carelinks ABA, where she mentors clinicians and works with learners from early childhood through adolescence. She is passionate about dignity‑centered, neurodiversity‑affirming practices. Monica loves partnering with caregivers, educators, and community teams to create supports that are practical, accessible, and built around each child’s unique strengths. Her work is also shaped by her experience as a mom to an autistic individual, which fuels her commitment to compassionate, family-centered care. When she’s not working, you can usually find her exploring Iowa with her family, playing with her tiny puppy, Jellybean, or getting lost in a good book.
